SUBJECT:
Approval Executing a PAD Mural Program Property Owner Agreement with Stanley Synkoski, 4616 Investment LLC
SUMMARY:
After the property owner application cycle in February, participating property owners made the final selection of the mural designs they would like painted on their property. As part of the program, property owners must enter into an agreement with the FPRA to assure an understanding of the expectations from the agency. If the FPRA Board approves to execute the agreement, staff will proceed to work with the property owners for the successful completion of the murals.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval to execute the Property Owner Agreement.
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff will proceed as directed by the board.
