SUBJECT:
Resolution 24-R08 approving UA Resolution setting new rates for FPUANet
SUMMARY:
On January 16, 2024, the Fort Pierce Utilities Board adopted Resolution No. UA 2024-01 modifying the schedule of rates and charges for services provided by FPUANet. Pursuant to Article XII, Section 176(6) of the Charter of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, the authority shall fix rates to be charged for gas, electricity, water, sanitary sewer, and other utilities services sold and services rendered; any rate changes or any changes in the formula by which rates are determined must be approved by the City Commission.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Resolution 24-R06

Do not adopt or seek additional information.
