SUBJECT:
Approval of unit price construction contract with The Paving Lady pursuant to Bid No 2023-044 for Annual Street Resurfacing.
SUMMARY:
As part of the Infrastructure Surtax commitment, each year the City pursues a contractor to perform resurfacing of various City streets. At the September 5, 2023 meeting, the City Commission approved award to the lowest responsible bidder, The Paving Lady.
The contract has been reviewed by the City Attorney office and approved as to form and correctness. It is now ready for the Mayor signature for full execution of the contract.

RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends executing the contract.
