The property IDs for these parcels are 2427-603-0104-000-7, 2427-603-0135-000-3, 2427-603-0134-000-6 and 2427-603-0136-000-0. The Current St. Lucie County Future Land Use of these parcels is RH, Residential High 15 du/acre, and the current St. Lucie County zoning for these parcels is RM-11, Residential Multi-family 11 du/acre. 

Staff recommendation is for the City Commission to vote approval of the proposed annexation.
