SUBJECT:
Resolution No. 24-R28 authorizing a lease agreement for three (3) parcels located at Avenue D and Indian River Drive Temporary Public Parking for a term of twelve (12) months.
SUMMARY:
The City wishes to enter into a Lease Agreement for three parcels (2403-801-0020-000-8, 2403-801-0021-000-5, and 2403-705-0101-000-5) located on the North West corner of the intersection of Avenue D and Indian River Drive. The parcels will be used for temporary public parking.
Staff has coordinated with the property owner, Glynda Cavalcanti, to establish the attached Lease Agreement.

RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval and authorization for the Mayor to sign the Lease Agreement.
ALTERNATIVES:
The alternative is to not approve the Lease Agreement.
