SUBJECT:

Approve award of Frances Avenue Roadway Improvements, Bid No. 2024-020 construction contract to the low bidder, PRP Construction Group, LLC, Indiantown, FL in an amount not to exceed $402,650.60.

SUMMARY:

On March 11, 2024, the Purchasing Division received specifications to go out for bid on the above subject bid. The bid was advertised on April 5 and April 13, 2024, with a scheduled opening at 3:00 PM on May 2, 2024. 
The Frances Avenue Roadway Improvements construction project includes drainage improvements, water main installation, utility adjustments and roadway restoration.
 

RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends the award of the construction contract to PRP Construction Group, LLC.
