SUBJECT:
Approval of CDBG Grant Agreement with Lincoln Park Mainstreet, Inc.in the amount of $50,000.00.
SUMMARY:
Grants Administration Division's recommendation for the 2023-2024 Lincoln Park Mainstreet, Inc. grant award. The Grant Agreement as required by HUD to be signed by the subrecipient and the City's elected official.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the Grants Administration Division's recommendation for the 2023-2024 Lincoln Park Mainstreet, Inc. grant award and template contract to be used for each awardee. The template contract has been submitted to the Legal Department for Form and Correctness.
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff shall proceed as directed by Commissioners.
