SUBJECT:
Resolution 24-R41 Authorizing the purchase of property near 610 N. Causeway from the State of Florida for the cost of recording and processing fees totaling $54.75.
SUMMARY:
The Resolution addresses the transfer of property near 601 N. Causeway from the State of Florida through the Florida Department of Transportation to the City of Fort Pierce. The property, to be solely used for public purposes, has been transferred via quitclaim deed. The amount to purchase the property totals $54.75, equaling the fee to record and process the property transfer.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval.
