SUBJECT:
Approval of award of Bid No. 2024-037 for CDBG Residential Rehabilitation for 318 N. 18th Street Fort Pierce, FL to Gentile Corp in an amount not to exceed $71,800.00.
SUMMARY:
The Grants Division has partnered with the Purchasing Division to solicit bids for the following CDBG Residential Rehabilitation, 318 N. 18th Street, Fort Pierce, FL. The invitation was sent to 536 vendors. Eleven (11) vendors requested specifications with three (3) responding (27.27%) plus 0 “No Bid” (27.27% total response).
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval to Gentile Corp in the amount not to exceed $71,800.00.
ALTERNATIVES:
Deny the award and/or select from higher bids.
