SUBJECT:
Approval of award of Bid No. 2024-038 for CDBG Residential Rehabilitation for 720 Maple Street Fort Pierce, FL to Blue CS Construction LLC in an amount not to exceed $65,700.00.
SUMMARY:
The Grants Division has partnered with the Purchasing Division to solicit bids for the following CDBG Residential Rehabilitation, 720 Maple, Fort Pierce, FL. The invitation was sent to 536 vendors. Fourteen (14) vendors requested specifications with one (1) responding (7.14%) plus 0 “No Bid” (7.14% total response).
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval to Blue CS Construction, LLC in the amount not to exceed $65,700.00.
ALTERNATIVES:
Deny the award and/or select from higher bids.
