SUBJECT:

Resolution 24-R52 establishing polling places for the November 5, 2024 General Election.

SUMMARY:

Section 12-1 of the Code of Ordinances requires that the City Commission, through the City Clerk, give notice of the location of each precinct polling place, after having received such notice from the supervisor of elections in due time, by one publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the city not less than ten (10) days, nor more than thirty (30) days, prior to any regular or special election held by the city.

RECOMMENDATION:

Adopt the resolution.
