SUBJECT:
Approval of Continuing Contract for Landscape Architecture to Inspire Placemaking Collective of Orlando, Florida pursuant to RFQ No. 2024-005.
SUMMARY:
During the City Commission meeting on February 20, 2024, RFQ No. 2024-005 was awarded to multiple firms, designating them as the City's Miscellaneous Professional Continuing Services providers. These firms, which are licensed professional consultants, will deliver services in the fields of Architecture, Environmental Services, Engineering, Hydrogeology, Landscape Architecture, and Urban Planning.
Operating under the regulations established in Chapter 287.055 of the Florida Statues, known as the Consultant's Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), these firms will provide advisory services, technical investigations, analyses, designs, and other professional services to support various city departments. The initial term of the contract is one (1) year, with the possibility of three (3) additional one-year renewals.

There is no fiscal impact associated with this continuing contract at this time. Subsequent project agreements will go before the City Commission/FPRA Board for approval with associated scope and funding.
