SUMMARY:
- RFP No. 2024-028 for Code Enforcement Special Magistrate was advertised on 4/19/2024 and 4/26/2024 and was closed on 6/618/2024.
- Three bids were submitted, with one bid being voluntarily withdrawn prior to the evaluation committee reviewing the submittal.
- The Committee recommended awarding the agreement to Ms. Jennifer D. Peshke, P.A. for a term of one (1) year with two (2) renewal options of one (1) year each at a rate of $190 per hour.
