SUBJECT:
Approval of First Amendment to Agreement with Incubate Neighborhood Center (INC) to Lease and Improve Means Court.
SUMMARY:
On October 12th, 2021, an Agreement to Lease and Improve Means Court was executed between the Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency (FPRA) and Incubate Neighborhood Center (INC). Pursuant to the Agreement, Incubate Neighborhood Center was required to make numerous improvements to the Demised Premises. While INC has made significant progress in the required improvements, issues and complications with the Demised Premises have arised and additional clarification and/or shifting of responsibilities is needed between the parties.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve of First Amendment to Agreement to Lease and Improve Means Court
