SUBJECT:
Approval of Change Order No. 10 to General Contractor Services-Highway Museum in an amount not to exceed $16,578.40 for the City of Fort Pierce Florida Highwaymen Museum renovation project.
SUMMARY:
The electrical wiring for the fire alarm and security enhancements was requested by Veteran Fire Services and Securitas Electronic Security, Inc. This wiring is essential for completing the scope of work for their phase of the project.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of Changer Order No. 1 to General Contractor Services-Highway Museum in an amount not to exceed $16,578.40 for electrical wiring for fire alarm and security enhancements.
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff will proceed as directed by the FPRA Board.
