RFP 2024-009 - Disposal of Surplus Property - 706 N. 20th Street 

SUMMARY:

The City of Fort Pierce is the owner of real property located at 706 N 20th St, identified by Parcel ID: 2404-715-0019-000-7, with a legal description of: AMENDED PLAT OF WASHINGTON HEIGHTS ADDN LOT 17. The property was declared surplus by the Fort Pierce City Commission on April 19, 2021, via Resolution 21-R18. Request for Proposal (RFP) number 2023-020 was issued on October 27, 2023. The invitation was sent to 455 vendors. Four (4) vendors requested specifications with two (2) responding.

RECOMMENDATION:

In accordance with the Fort Pierce Code of Ordinances, Section 101-23 (4), staff recommends the Planning Board review the request and forward a recommendation to the City Commission for approval of the sale of real property located at 706 N 20th St, identified by Parcel ID: 2404-715-0019-000-7, with a legal description of: AMENDED PLAT OF WASHINGTON HEIGHTS ADDN LOT 17 to Sunrise City Concrete Services, Inc.
