RFP 2024-011 - Disposal of Surplus Property – 1204 Avenue E

The City of Fort Pierce is the owner of real property located at 1204 Avenue E, identified by Parcel ID: 2404-823-0007-050-7, with a legal description of: WALLACE`S S/D E 86 FT OF LOT 8-LESS N 150 FT AND LESS S 5 FT- (OR 4080-2366). The property was declared surplus by the Fort Pierce City Commission on January 19, 2021, via Resolution 21-R10. Request for Proposal (RFP) number 2024-011 was issued on October 27, 2023. The invitation was sent to 455 vendors. Ten (10) vendors requested specifications with three (3) responding.

In accordance with the Fort Pierce Code of Ordinances, Section 101-23 (4), staff recommends the Planning Board review the request and forward a recommendation to the City Commission for approval of the sale of real property located at 1204 Avenue E, identified by Parcel ID: 2404-823-0007-050-7, with a legal description of: : WALLACE`S S/D E 86 FT OF LOT 8-LESS N 150 FT AND LESS S 5 FT- (OR 4080-2366)) to Telco Invesements, LLC.

Do not recommend award.
