SUBJECT:
Approve request to Install an Above Ground LP Tank at 1110 North 2nd Street.
SUMMARY:
Egan Groves has requested a permit to install a used 1000 gallon above ground LP tank to use for filling of fork lift cylinders at 1110 North 2nd Street. City Commission approval is required per Section 7-20 of the City Ordinance.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the request to install LP Tank.
ALTERNATIVES:
Deny the request to install LP tank.
