SUBJECT:
Amend U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Citizen Participation Plan per HUD mandate.
SUMMARY:
U.S. Dept of HUD mandate requires amending the City's Citizen Participation Plan (CPP) to include the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Report that will be submitted to HUD with our 5-Year Consolidated Plan in August.
This public hearing follows 30+ days for citizen review/comment.

RECOMMENDATION:
Allow a powerpoint presentation on the amendments to the Citizen Participation Plan and a Public Hearing.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not allow a powerpoint presentation or public hearing on the proposed amendments to the Citizen Participation Plan.
