SUMMARY:
Approval of a Conditional Use application to operate a private school.
RECOMMENDATION:
As this application does not conflict with the Comprehensive Plan and adheres to all Conditional Use criteria, staff recommends that the City Commission approve the application with the following condition:
- Designate a play area with a fence.
