SUBJECT:
2024 Annual Community Rating Service (CRS) Project Status Report presented by Paul Thomas, CBO, CFM Building Official.
SUMMARY:
This document will provide an update of activities critical to maintaining the City's current rating in the Community Rating System, as well as providing a strategy to identify, prioritize and take action to mitigate hazards when funding becomes available. It also outlines the processes and outcomes used to compile information resulting in the Substantial Damage Management Plan for SDP Credit. The subject report is attached. This information will be made available to the public via the City's web site.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff would like to use this opportunity to answer any questions the City Commission or public may have.
