SUBJECT:
PULLED AT THE REQUEST OF STAFF. Approval of a grant to Youth Empowered to Prosper, Inc. in the amount of $5,000 for the PY 23-24 Public Service Agency Grant as recommended by the Grants Administration Division.
SUMMARY:
The Grants Administration Division reviewed and recommended one (1) application. Attached, please find the City Attorney's Memo, the contractual grant agreement and exhibit.
Youth Empowered To Prosper, LLC, $5,000.00. The activities carried out under this Agreement will benefit low- and moderate-income persons.

RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the Grants Administration Division's recommendation for the 2023-2024 Public Service Agency Grant award and template contract to be used for each awardee. The Template contract has been submitted to the Legal Department for Form and Correctness.
