SUBJECT:
Resolution No. 16-R23 providing limited authorizations for management, the Special Magistrates and the Code Enforcement Board to mitigate lien reduction requests when specific criteria are met.
SUMMARY:
The City Commission of the City of Fort Pierce wishes to enact procedures in which lien reduction requests can be addressed and settled in a timely fashion. The resolution has been revised to incorporate the suggestions of the Commission at the May 16, 2016 meeting.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the proposed Resolution as presented.
