SUBJECT:
Ordinance No. 16-014 amending Chapter 16 of the City Code of Ordinances and creating a 'Clean Community Initiative'. FIRST READING
SUMMARY:
The Clean Community Initiative is intended to provide direct remediation of nuisance conditions that create a hazard to the life, health and safety of the community by curbing the onslaught of blighted conditions throughout the community.
RECOMMENDATION:
