SUBJECT:
Approve execution of the Melody Lane Parking Area Interlocal Agreement with Saint Lucie County.
SUMMARY:
The agreement dictates that Saint Lucie County will provide construction funding in an amount not to exceed $100,000 to cover costs associated with the reconfiguration of the existing public parking area situated at the south end of Melody Lane between Melody Lane and Indian River Drive. The parking area will encompass land owned by Saint Lucie County and Fort Pierce.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval.
ALTERNATIVES:
Opt out and leave the parking lot as is.
