SUBJECT:
Approve award of RFP No. 2016-019 for Underwater Stormwater Locating Services to the highest ranked firm, USIC Locating Services, in an amount not to exceed $45,000.00.,
SUMMARY:
Proposals were opened May 11, 2016. The Evaluation Committee met on June 21, 2016 to evaluate and rank respondents proposals. Based on the Evaluation Committee's overall ranking, USIC Locating Services, LLC, Carmel, Indiana, received the highest ranking and is the recommended vendor for RFP No. 2016-019.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Evaluation Committee recommends contract award to the highest ranked firm, USIC Locating Services, for a term beginning from the Date of Award through September 30, 2016. This contract contains two (2) one-year renewal options, if mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties; subject the same terms and conditions of the contract.
ALTERNATIVES:
Contract award to the second highest ranked firm, Heath Consultants, Inc.
