SUBJECT:
Approve grant award for Mr. Darrell Wilson for his business, Wilson Game Room, in the amount of $3,000 as an eligible recipient under the 2015-2016 CDBG Action Plan Grant Award for Small Business
SUMMARY:
2015-16 CDBG allocated funding for small business grants for owners who attend two (2) small business workshops, to purchase items to improve capacity and sustainability. Mr. Wilson attended workshops 11/18/15 & 2/3/16 and applied for a grant for business equipment and landscaping.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve this grant award for $3,000 for Mr. Darrell Wilson to purchase equipment and landscaping for his business, Wilson Game Room, that will increase his capacity and sustainability.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve this grant award.
