SUBJECT:
Approve entering into negotiations with the top ranked proposer, Tetra Tech, Inc., for RFQ No 2016-014 Marina Permit Performance and Ecological Monitoring.
SUMMARY:
RFQ No. 2106-014 was advertised and the City received three (3) submissions for the State and Federal permit monitoring requirements for the recently completed City Marina project. Both the State and Federal Permits issued for the project had specific requirements for performance and ecological monitoring with reports due semi-annual and annually. We are recommending to enter into contract negotiations with the top ranked proposer Tetra Tech, Inc.

Enter negotiations with the second ranked proposer or place the RFQ back out for advertisement.
