SUBJECT:
Approval and Authorization for the City Manager to sign the Coldwell Banker Right of Sale Listing Agreement for City owner real estate.
SUMMARY:
Attached is the agreement to list the properties previously declared surplus in Resolution 16-R18, and also the property identified in Resolution 16-R38. The Agreement has been reviewed by the City Attorney and approved as to form. The Agreement also reflects RFP 16-012
