SUMMARY

Application submitted by agent Michael Menard on behalf of the property owner, Vincent Raspante, to convert business use into a single-family residential, including interior and exterior modifications, along with a detached garage. The Parcel ID is 2410-808-0005-000-0. This one-and-one-half-story Frame Vernacular residential building has notable architectural features which include a cross-gable roof, gable extension, six gable dormers, an offset entrance, and an entrance porch. The porch is contained under the main roof and supported by wooden posts. Fenestration consists of 4/4 and 6/6 double-hung sash windows. The exterior wall fabric is weatherboard. The building retains some of its original architectural integrity.

This building embodies many of the architectural characteristics of residences constructed in Fort Pierce during the early twentieth century.

The proposed additions and renovations consist of the addition of a garage and swimming pool and expansion of living space on the second floor.
