SUBJECT:
Approval to submit and accept a continuation grant from Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence for the ongoing InVest program with funding in the amount of $69,798.02.
SUMMARY:
The Police Department requests approval to submit and accept a continuation grant from Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence for the ongoing InVest program with funding in the amount of $69,798.02. The FCADV has supported this programming since 2013 and this represents the next year of funding.
The Police Department uses these funds to cover the personnel cost of its InVest Detective.
RECOMMENDATION:
This request be approved.
