Waive interest, penalties, and administrative fees in the amount of $365.50 for Lot Clearing Lien against 1807 Orange Avenue, Property ID #2409-701-0021-000-6, owned by Leo & Sheila Cueto, 3167 SW Bessey Creek Trail, Palm City, FL 34990 contingent upon payment of $91.80 within 12 months.
SUMMARY:
The lien is in the name of the current owner, Sheila Cueto. The request for lien reduction is being submitted by Cynthia O'Connell, who is under contract to purchase this property. She has requested 12 months to pay the reduced lien amount.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends waiving the interest, penalties, and administrative fees in the amount of $365.50 leaving a balance due of $91.80 payable in 12 months.
