SUBJECT:
Approve request from Lincoln Park Main Street for a cash advance in the amount of $12,500 from the approved budget for FY 2017.
SUMMARY:
A delay with the disbursement of funds by HUD will impact Lincoln Park Main Street's planned events and activities for the first quarter. The activities and events that are being impacted by the delayed funding include Jazz on Moore's Creek, Stompin at the
Savoy, Christmas on Moore's Creek, the Showcase Newsletter, Historic Preservation and Boots on the Ground.

RECOMMENDATION:
Staff will proceed as directed by the City Commission.
