SUBJECT:
Legislative Hearing - Ordinance 25-004 - An Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances of the City at Chapter 121-Subdivisions, to amend the plat procedures. SECOND READING
SUMMARY:
The existing process of preliminary plat review requires amendment and clarification of the approval process and to facilitate, if required, the easier designation of parcel identification numbers by the St. Lucie County Property Appraiser.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommendation is for the City Commission to approve the amendments to clarify the City’s plat process.

1. Recommend Modified Approval.
