SUBJECT:
Resolution 16-R54 Authorizing the sale of Mohawk Avenue to William and Terrie Selph.
SUMMARY:
The City Commission approved the contract offered by William and Terrie Selph in the amount of $3,500.00 at the November 21, 2016 meeting. As required by the City Charter, the notice of intent to sell and adopt this resolution was advertised once a week for two consecutive weeks.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Resolution 16-R54
