SUBJECT:
Approval of First Amendment to the Service Agreement with Don Bell Signs for the Scope of Work in Exhibit "A"
SUMMARY:
On August 8, 2023, the FPRA entered into a service agreement with Don Bell Signs, LLC for the Comprehensive Wayfinding Signage Program. Due to necessary design changes and permitting approvals, the parties agree to certain amendments to the Statement of Work contained in Exhibit A of the Agreement.
Statement of Work Modification to Exhibit A of the Agreement is the following:
1. The number of Gateway Signs shall be reduced from nine (9) to seven (7)
2. The number of Wayfinding Signs shall be increased from thirty (30) to thirty-five (35)
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve First Amendment to Service Agreement.
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff will proceed as directed by the FPRA Board.
