The FPRA is committed to enhancing the beauty and vibrancy of the community by offering financial assistance programs that encourage property improvements within the FPRA District. To support this mission, the FPRA Board has established the Commercial Sign Grant Program, aimed at revitalizing commercial corridors by promoting private investment in building and property enhancements.

This program provides financial assistance of up to $5,000 to commercial property and business owners seeking to replace outdated signage with modern, visually appealing designs, contributing to the overall aesthetic improvement of the FPRA District.

Since its inception in 2023, this program has been actively supporting such improvements. We now seek to formally establish the program through Resolution 25-03 to ensure its continued impact and alignment with FPRA goals.
