SUBJECT:

FPRA Resolution 25-10 Formally Establishing the FPRA Mural Program, Including Program Guidelines and Standard Template Agreements

SUMMARY:

The purpose of FPRA Resolution 25-10 is to formally establish the FPRA Mural Program as an official agency initiative. This resolution adopts Program Guidelines and Standard Template Agreements for artists and property owners to ensure consistency and transparency.

The FPRA Mural Program aims to enhance the visual character of the Fort Pierce Redevelopment Area by supporting public art installations that celebrate local culture, history, and creativity. Through this program, the FPRA seeks to activate underutilized spaces, support artists, strengthen community identity, and contribute to the ongoing revitalization of key neighborhoods, aligning with the FPRA Plan and the City's 2025 Strategic Plan.

Formalizing the program allows the FPRA to manage and expand this successful initiative across the entire redevelopment area with a clear process and sustainable structure.
