Interim 6-Month Update on 5th Tesla Freebee Vehicle Performance
SUMMARY:
At the December 2024 FPRA meeting, the Board approved the addition of a fifth Tesla Freebee vehicle to the existing fleet. The amended Exhibit A "Rates & Services Addendum" to the May 14, 2024 Master Services Agreement with BEEFREE was approved through the end of the current Fiscal Year.
Freebee is providing a 6-month interim update on the utilization, performance metrics, and community impact of the 5th Tesla Freebee vehicle. This report will help inform future decisions regarding the continuation or adjustment of the expanded service.

FPRA REDEVELOPMENT PLAN GOAL/POLICY
15. The Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency shall connect the Redevelopment Area’s cultural and artistic Hubs (Downtown, Marina, Fisherman’s Wharf, Beachside District, Lincoln Park and Peacock Arts Districts) to the Waterfront’s artistic and cultural amenities.
RECOMMENDATION:
Discuss the interim report. No formal action is required at this time.
ALTERNATIVES:
The Board may elect to take action ahead of the Fiscal Year end.
