SUBJECT:
Approval of Property License Agreement for Safety Camera Installation by Flock Safety.
SUMMARY:
The Fort Pierce Police Department is working with Flock Safety to install surveillance cameras throughout the city. One of the identified locations, 1241 Avenue D, is owned by the Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency. They are seeking approval of the Property License Agreement in order to place a camera on this vacant lot.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of Property License Agreement for installation of cameras on the vacant lot.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve the Property License Agreement and suggest another location for the installation of the safety camera.
