SUMMARY:
Project Description:
Proposed improvements for 2210 Orange Avenue owned by Vedex, LLC. include stucco finishes on walls and columns, installation of new windows and doors, the addition of security cameras, permanent landscaping, parking lot upgrades, installation of awnings and canopies, and ADA-compliant enhancements.
At its meeting on October 21, 2025, the FPRA Board approved the CRA Advisory Committee’s recommendation to fund this application in the amount of $25,000.00.

FPRA REDEVELOPMENT GOAL/POLICY:
