SUBJECT:
Approval of U.S. DOE, Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy - Energy Efficiency Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program Special Terms and Conditions-Grant Agreement in the amount of $76,720.00.
SUMMARY:
Requesting approval of the Special Terms and Conditions from the U.S. Department of Energy, Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, for the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program.
The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) received funding through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) and the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) to create or expand key agency programs. One of these programs is the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program, which received $550 million through BIL and is administered by DOE’s Office of State and Community Energy Programs (SCEP).
The City of Fort Pierce has been allocated $76,720.00 for projects related to:

Approve and Sign EECBG Program Special Terms and Conditions-Grant Agreement.
