SUBJECT:
Resolution 25-R64 Nebraska Avenue Sidewalk FDOT LAP Agreement for approval and signature by City for award of $666,354.00 in federal Transportation Alternative Program (TAP) funding for construction of the project.
SUMMARY:
FDOT awarded a Transportation Alternative Program (TAP) Grant to the City of Fort Pierce for the construction of 6ft wide sidewalk along both sides of Nebraska Avenue from Lawnwood Circle to N 13th Street.
In order to move the project forward to construction, a LAP Agreement needs to be executed.

RECOMMENDATION:
Approve and execute the LAP Agreement and Resolution.
ALTERNATIVES:
Not approving the Agreement will forfeit the federal portion of the funds.
