SUBJECT:
Approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Amended Continuing Services Agreement for a One-Year Renewal with Don Bergman Architecture, LLC for Professional Architectural Services
SUMMARY:
Pursuant to the executed Amended Continuing Services Agreement executed on September 16, 2024, the agreement includes three (3) one-year renewal options. Amendment No. 1 has been submitted to exercise the initial one-year renewal and ensure continuity of professional services without interruption.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of a one-year renewal with Don Bergman Architecture, LLC.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve amendment and allow the contracts to expire, requiring a new solicitation before additional work can be assigned.
