SUBJECT:
Approval of Continuing Services Agreement with GFA International, Inc. dba Universal Engineering Sciences for Professional Inspection Services, RFP No. 2025-011, in the amount of up to $100,000 annually.
SUMMARY:
On June 16, 2025, during the City Commission meeting, the Commission awarded RFP No. 2025-011 for Professional Inspection Services. The total annual cost of this service is not to exceed $100,000.
This contract provides for the performance of residential and commercial building inspection services to augment the City's responsibility for enforcement of the Florida Building Code and applicable related regulations, laws and rules on building projects. The contractor will respond to specific authorizations issued by the City, which will provide for the scope of work, schedule of services, deliverables, and compensation.
