SUBJECT:
Legislative Hearing - Ordinance 25-028 establishing Mayor and City Commission compensation and providing for cost of living increases commensurate with non-bargaining city employees each year as part of the annual budget adoption. SECOND READING
SUMMARY:
Budget Workshop and Conference Agenda meeting on July 14, 2025 and a Special Budget Workshop on July 21, 2025, the Mayor and City Commission discussed their current salaries and agreed to accept the same cost of living increase being proposed for all non-bargaining city employees and adjust the code to make that practice permanent for future years without requiring a separate vote.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt the ordinance

Do not adopt or adopt with changes.
