Public Hearing and Resolution 25-R75 accepting Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Annual Action Plan 2025 – 2026

SUMMARY:

The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) — Annual Action Plan will report planned activities for the 2025–2026 Program and Fiscal Year for the Grants Administration Division.
The Grants Division seeks to engage directly with the residents of Fort Pierce via public comments on the proposed plan. In addition to obtaining the Commission's approval for final submission of these documents to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

RECOMMENDATION:

Approval from the commission to advance this document to the U.S. Housing and Urban Development is recommended.

ALTERNATIVES:

Staff shall proceed as directed by the City Commission.
