Resolution 25-R77 Approving an Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Fort Pierce, Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency, and St. Lucie County for the Development of the Avenue D Model Block Project

The City of Fort Pierce, in partnership with St. Lucie County and the Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency (FPRA), previously entered into an Interlocal Agreement for the Avenue D Model Block Project. Following a competitive solicitation process, Pinnacle Communities II, LLC was selected as the highest-ranked respondent. The FPRA and St. Lucie County have since negotiated terms for a long-term ground lease with Pinnacle to advance the project. This resolution approves an amendment to the Interlocal Agreement to reflect the current scope of the project, now excluding City-owned parcels in this phase, and to clarify the implementation responsibilities of the FPRA and St. Lucie County.
