CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Repair or replace the roof where it is leaking.
- Repair or replace the water damaged ceiling.
- Repair or replace the heater.
- Repair or replace the oven.
- Install faceplates on all electrical receptacles missing faceplates.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 60 days to obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
