CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Replace the batteries in the smoke alarms.
- Repair or replace the exterior door where holes and cracks are present.
- Repair or replace exterior door weather stripping.
- Repair or replace the door and door knob to the utility room. Since the utility room is non-habitable space, the door must be weather tight.
- Repair or replace all damaged window hardware.
- Repair or replace all damaged window screens.
- Repair or replace all damaged electrical receptacles.
- Repair all holes in the walls.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 30 days to comply or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
